Special Edition “WORLD PADEL TOUR” by ADIDAS. Composed of ALUTEX a fiberglass aluminized and a core of gum EVA SOFT PERFORMANCE, a low density gum. It has a round shape. It has a smooth surface with a glossy finish.

Racket Features:

First Impressions:

When you take it for the first time, you get the feeling of a well-finished, balanced, manageable racket. The swing is centered, falling to the hilt. By placing the overgrips, you will be able to slightly optimise the swing towards the handle. If you cannot put more than 1 overgrip the option is also for placing tungsten tapes under the Overgrip (s) to lower the paddle balance. On the contrary if you want to add more power, place the ribbons on the top of the racket below or above the protector. This is a pretty viable option for when you like a lot of all the other features of a racket, less of your swing.

General lines:

In play is a racket with a medium touch. It features a large and centered sweet spot. In terms of power it is easy to verify that it was not built around this point, but it does not completely disappoint. There’s a high output.

In the net:

In the net, an easy-to-manage and permissive racket is shown, but due to its output, it must pay attention to the strength and technique used, which should be the correct one.

Back of the court:

Control from the back of the court is very good. The wide sweet spot and high output helps a lot in the defensive stage, especially in the more complicated balls to return. The lobs leave very easily, but watch the glass.

Weight:

The weight tested was 372gr.

Surface:

The surface is smooth with glossy finish.

Loudness:

In sound terms it is a racket that has a medium sound and a low timbre.

Safety cord: The safety cord is simple and does not allow easy adjustment.

Durability: In terms of durability, it seems to be a solid racket, very well built and robust that will not break very easily. Well-esteemed will last a long time in my opinion.

Pros:

  • Good control
  • High output (for those who like it)
  • Wide sweet spot

Cons:

  • Safety Cord Not adjustable
  • Lacks power

Conclusion:

In conclusion, this is a racket indicated for mid-level players until advanced looking for a permissive racket, with enough output and good control. It has a medium hardness hit and a high output. It’s a manageable racket and very well balanced. In the defensive phase will be like fish in the water. In the net complies and allows to react quickly, yet attention to its high output. Volleys and trays usually come out very deep and placed. In the smash you will be able to draw by 3, by 4 and bring the ball back, but it requires an additional effort on the part of the player.

The visual part is very attractive in my opinion. The attention to detail at the design level is impressive on the part of ADIDAS.

It’s not totally free from vibrations, but it’s quite comfortable for the arm.

It serves, in my opinion, middle-level players to the right-winger who excel for control and purpose in returning any ball that is sent to them with greater or lesser difficulty. Fantastic Limited edition of Adidas. Good games!
