Special Edition “WORLD PADEL TOUR WOMAN” racket by ADIDASd. Composed of fiberglass and a core of gum EVA SOFT PERFORMANCE, a low density gum. It has a round shape. It has a smooth surface with a glossy finish. The analysis of this racket counted on the contribution of a local female player.

Racket Features:

First Impressions:

When you take it for the first time, you get the feeling of a very attractive, balanced, lightweight racket. The swing is directed towards the handle. By placing the overgrips, you will be able to slightly optimise the swing towards the handle. If you cannot put more than 1 overgrip the option is also for placing tungsten tapes under the Overgrip (s) to lower the paddle balance. On the contrary if you want to add more power, place the ribbons on the top of the racket below or above the protector. This is a pretty viable option for when you like a lot of all the other features of a racket, less of your swing.

General lines:

In-game is a racket with a medium-soft touch. It features a large and centered sweet spot. It’s not a power racket at all, but it does when you pull it out. It has an average output tending slightly to high.

In the net:

In the net, a racket is very easy to manage and permissive, allows some errors on the part of the player and enables good depth and accuracy when applied a correct technique.

Back of the court:

Back of the court control is quite good. Being a manageable racket and with generous sweet spot will help you in the most difficult times. The lobs leave with ease and good depth with some permissiveness in relation to the technique.

Weight:

The weight tested was 360gr.

Surface:

The surface is smooth with glossy finish.

Sound:

In sound terms is a racket that has a medium sound and with a medium timbre.

Safety cord:

The safety cord is simple and does not allow easy adjustment.

Durability:

In terms of durability, it seems to be a solid racket, very well built and robust that will not break very easily. Well-esteemed will last a long time in my opinion.

Pros:

  • Excellent visual
  • Good control and handling
  • Sweet spot Wide

Cons:

  • Safety Cord Not adjustable
  • Lack power

Conclusion:

In conclusion, this is a racket more suitable for females given its weight interval, but also serves male players who prefer very light rackets. It is suitable for beginners to advanced level players who look for an “easy” racket, which will allow you to evolve but that will comply nicely at any stage of the game.

It has a medium-soft hit and an average output tending slightly to high. It’s a manageable racket with a low swing. In the defensive phase you will not encounter any major problems. In the net complies and allows you to react quickly. Volleys and trays come out without difficulty and well placed when applied the correct technique. In the smash, it is not the ideal racket for those who like to draw by 3, by 4 and bring the ball back, but with a trained arm and good body placement is possible.

The visual part is very attractive in my opinion and the female players. It has a spectacular design, not leaving any person indifferent on the field.

It’s not totally free from vibrations, but it’s quite comfortable for the arm. It serves, in my opinion, players  of beginner level until advanced on both sides who want an easy racket that allows to evolve and well balanced in all phases of the game.
