[dfrcs name=”CARTRI TITAN 3.0 SOFT”]

The TITAN SOFT line racket of the CARTRI brand in its version 3.0. Composed entirely of carbon and a core of EVA SOFT gum, a medium-low density gum. It has an oversize round shape and presents the “heart” (usually empty space between the handle and the head) fully filled. It has a smooth surface with matt finish.

Racket Features:

First Impressions:

When you take it for the first time you get the feeling of a very light and manageable racket. The swing is directed very clearly towards the handle, i think that by force of its shape and filling the space, usually empty, that allows the concentration of the weight in the lower part of the racket.

By placing the overgrips, you will be able to further optimize the balance towards the handle. If you cannot put more than 1 overgrip the option is also for placing tungsten tapes under the Overgrip (s) to lower the paddle balance. On the contrary if you want to add more power, place the ribbons on the top of the racket below or above the protector. This is a pretty viable option for when you like a lot of all the other features of a racket, less of your swing.

In this type of racket where the swing is so expressive towards the handle I don’t think it pays to mess with your natural balance.

General lines:

In-game is a racket with a medium-soft touch.  It features a pretty ample sweet spot, strength of its oversize round shape. In terms of power is clearly lacking, but it is not something that is in fact in its natural “DNA”, but it is also not the function for which it was created i believe. There’s an average output.

In the net:

In the net, its above-average handling (possibly the most manageable I’ve tested to date), allows you to react quickly to any ball. It is a fairly easy and permissive racket that will camouflage some errors, but it is a good technique to avoid the glass given the output, but it is also advisable to print some extra force to reach the desired depth. In the smash with some difficulty and putting the body weight correctly will be able to draw by 3, by 4 and bring the ball back, but there are options in the brand and market much better for this purpose.

Back of the court:

Control from the back of the court is very good, the average output will help you in those balls more complicated and its ample sweet spot and good handling will allow to direct the ball accurately. Lobs and defensive strokes come out fluid and quite easily with this racket.

The weight tested was 368gr.

The surface is smooth with matt finish.

In sound terms is a racket that has a medium sound and with an equally medium timbre.

Safety cord:

The safety cord is adjustable and quite comfortable.

In terms of durability, it seems to be a solid and well built and robust racket that will not break very easily. Well-esteemed will last a long time in my opinion.

  • Excellent handling
  • Good control and Accuracy
  • Attractive Visual

  • It lacks clearly power
  • Price*

In conclusion, this is a racket indicated for mid-level players-low up to high, who want a racket that primes for good handling and control. In the net you will notice the lack of clear power but will compensate with the extra precision that will provide you.

The output is good and will certainly help in the complicated balls and maintain good accuracy at the same time. It has a stroke of medium-soft hardness and an average output. In the smash, with very good technique and strength you will be able to draw by 3, by 4 and bring the ball back, it difficulty. The tray and volleys come out with excellent accuracy.

The visual part is quite attractive, counting on faces of distinct visuals which is very interesting in my opinion. I didn’t feel much vibration in my arm, but I don’t think it’s completely exempt from the rigidity of its fully carbon structure.

It serves, in my opinion, mostly right-wing players who excel for control and want a very manageable racket that does not complicate the good defensive game.

To highlight the innovative warranty confirmation system through QR Code that is printed on the racket itself. The price * is not as high as the SHIELD version but it remains somewhat high, remembering that this is a top-of-the-range racket! Good games! * Online Price
