Racket of the “GIRO” range of the brand Quilloqué?, in its green version. Consisting of two carbon covers, carbon structure and a core of BLACK EVA SOFT Gum, a 30-density gum. It has an oversize round shape. It has a rough surface with matt finish.

Racket Features:

First Impressions:

When you take it for the first time, you get the feeling of a manageable, well-finished racket such as the 24k version. The swing clearly tends to the handle. By placing the overgrips, you will be able to slightly optimise the swing towards the handle. If you cannot put more than 1 overgrip the option is also for placing tungsten tapes under the Overgrip (s) to lower the paddle balance. On the contrary if you want to add more power, place the ribbons on the top of the racket below or above the protector. This is a pretty viable option for when you like a lot of all the other features of a racket, less its swing. In the case of this racket I see no need to change your low swing.

General lines:

In-game is a racket with a medium-soft touch, not as dry as the 24k swivel, but equally comfortable. It features a very wide sweet spot, fruit of its oversize round shape. Excellent sweet spot on both “GIRO” rackets. In terms of power is a few points below the 24k GIRO, but it does not cease to comply at this point. It has an average output to tend slightly to short.

In the net:

In the net trays and volleys come out accurate and deep in an easy way. The rugged face helps and much in the intended effects.

Back of the court:

Back of the court control is exceptional. Good handling allows you to react quickly and get to the most complicated balls and the average output also helps in the most difficult balls to respond. The strokes come out, easy and with good depth but not too much which makes it quite easy even for less experienced players.

Weight:

The weight tested was 365gr.

Surface:

The surface is rough with matt finish.

Sound:

In sound terms is a racket that has a medium-sounding and medium-bass timbre.

Safety cord:

The safety cord is adjustable. In my opinion my favorite model, simple and effective.

Durability:

In terms of durability, it seems to be a very solid racket, very well built and robust that will not break very easily. Well-esteemed will last a long time in my opinion.

Pros:

  • Excellent control
  • Manageable
  • Comfortable
  • Adjustable cord System

Cons:

  • Some power is missing

Conclusion:

In conclusion, I do not get tired of saying, that this brand surprised me very much for the quality of its rackets. We perceive the effort and dedication placed in the conception and choice of materials. In my opinion is a racket that serves level players who just started (high-end price however) until advanced. Indicated mainly for right-wing players who want a racket that also meets at the end time.

Very permissive and easy at all stages of the game. It has a medium-soft stroke and an average output to tend slightly to short. It is a racket with excellent control and with an impressive sweet spot. The stroke is quite comfortable. In the defensive phase will fulfill perfectly. In the net you can get enough power with a little more effort than in the 24k swivel. Volleys and trays come out accurate and deep. You can with some effort, draw by 3, 4 and bring the ball back.

The visual part is in my opinion very good. Similar to the 24k GIRO version, wich visual I prefer, but with the addition of the green.

I didn’t feel practically vibration in my arm. Its BLACK EVA SOFT and double carbon cover gum gives it a comfort plus as in the GIRO 24k .

The third racket I tested from this brand, all of them exceptional with different characteristics for each type of player. Good games!
